Best back country food on the market. Taste’s like your eating a regular meal from your own kitchen or what your grandma used to make. Seriously a game changer when you get back to camp and are exhausted and just want a killer meal and then sleep. I wont eat anything else while hunting.

I just got my order from Backcountry Bistro and sampled a few items before using them outdoors. Breakfast seemed like the ideal meal to test first. The Chorizo Egg & Cheese impressed me—its taste and texture were remarkably similar to real eggs. Next, I tried the Maple Biscuits and Gravy, which is hands down the best freeze-dried breakfast meal I've ever had. It will be hard to keep the rest sealed until hunting season.

Backcountry Bistro’s Chicken Broc Alfredo didn’t just hit the spot, it filed a formal takeover of my taste buds. The broccoli wasn’t mush, the chicken wasn’t impersonating cardboard, and the Alfredo sauce had no business being that good in the middle of nowhere. I loved it so much I’m adding it to my will. Whoever inherits my gear is also inheriting a mandatory pouch of this stuff
